Vinificação:

After various experiments in our cellars, our winemakers have released this fortified wine. The wine is made from hand picked grapes, fermented in open vats until the addition of the brandy. After gentle pressing in hydraulic press the wine was aged two years in stainless steel tanks before bottling.

Notas de prova:

This wine, made from Fernão Pires, has floral aroma, is balanced and long lasting. It should be drunk at 15ºC with ripened cheeses or deserts.
