Vinificação:

After various experiments in our cellars, our winemakers have released this fortified wine. After gentle pressing and 48 hours of settling the juice is racked and the brandy added. The “Abafado” was aged seven years in 5t years old French barriques.

This wine, made from Fernão Pires, has floral aroma, is balanced and long lasting. It should be drunk at 15ºC with ripened cheeses or deserts.
