Lagoalva Branco

White Wine

Alvarinho, Arinto, Fernão Pires, Sauvignon Blanc, Verdelho

Winemaking:

Grapes are mechanically harvested overnight and pressed pneumatically. After settling for 48 hours the must is fermented at 16 ºC in stainless steel tanks. The vinification of the different grape varieties is carried out separately and the lot is blended later.

Tasting notes:

This white wine is pale yellow in colour, has citrus and tropical fruit aromas, with a good acidic flavour and is fresh and balanced. It should be drunk at 8ºC/10ºC as an aperitif or with salads, pasta, sea food, lean meats, grilled fish or fatty cheeses.

Enologists:

Diogo Campilho / Pedro Pinhão
