Syrah, Touriga Nacional.
Grapes are mechanically harvested overnight and after are gentle pressed pneumatically. After settling for 48 hours the must is fermented at 16 ºC in stainless steel tanks.
This wine is salmon in colour, has strawberry and raspberry aromas and a balanced, easy and fresh flavour. It should be drunk at 8ºC/10ºC as an apéritif or with salads, pasta, sea food, lean meats or grilled fish.
